When you send our quote form, it also includes a short note on how you found this website: the website or search engine that sent you here, any campaign or ad-click tags in the link you followed, the page you landed on, and the date and time. It covers your first visit and the visit on which you sent the form, plus the random ID Google Analytics gave your browser, so we can match a request to the visit that produced it. Your browser keeps this note in its own storage on your device, and it reaches us only if you send the form. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it.

Phone numbers shown on this website may be call-tracking numbers provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector). When a page loads, a HighLevel script notes how you arrived (the referring website, campaign or ad-click tags in the link, the pages you view, your device type and the Google Analytics browser ID), so that a call to the number you see can be matched to your visit. Calls to our numbers may be recorded for quality and training.

6. Text Messages (SMS)

SerOx Clean Air sends text messages only to people who agree to receive them, for example by saying yes when we ask during a call (texts about your appointment only). If you text us first, we reply to your messages. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

• Texts about your request: quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, post-service follow-ups (including a request to review our service), and answers to your questions. Up to 10 messages per service request.
• Reminders and offers, only if you separately agree to them: special offers, discounts, and annual dryer vent and air duct cleaning reminders. Up to 2 messages per month.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us at 980-361-2242. The full terms of our text messages are in our Terms of Service.

When you agree, we keep a record of your consent: your mobile number, which messages you agreed to, and the date and time. Our text messages and your replies are kept in HighLevel, the customer management system we use, so our team can see the history of your request.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
