We bought an Indian Trail house that smells like cigarettes. Can you help?
Yes. The fog works on smoke odor that has soaked into the walls, ceilings and air of each room. Wash or remove curtains and other fabrics that hold the smell first, or they will keep releasing it.
Can you treat pet odor before we move in?
Yes, and empty rooms are easy to treat because nothing blocks the mist. If urine has soaked into carpet padding, the padding needs cleaning or replacing before we fog.
Is odor removal the same as mold remediation?
No. Odor removal treats the rooms. If the musty smell gets worse whenever the cooling kicks in, look to the ducts and book duct mold remediation in Indian Trail instead.
