These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SerOx Clean Air website and services. SerOx Clean Air is a service brand operated by SerOx Contracting Corp (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or scheduling services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

SerOx Clean Air provides:

  • Residential air duct cleaning

  • Commercial air duct cleaning

  • Dryer vent cleaning

  • Mold disinfection

  • Related indoor air quality services

Services are provided in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and site inspection.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • Pricing provided on the website or over the phone is an estimate.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on system size, accessibility, condition, and additional service needs.

  • Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before work begins.

We practice upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Customers may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled appointment time may also result in a $25 fee.

We understand that emergencies happen and will evaluate special circumstances at our discretion.

4. Travel Fees

  • No travel fee is charged for service locations within 25 miles of Charlotte, NC.

  • Service locations beyond 25 miles may be subject to a $25 travel fee.

  • Locations beyond 40 miles may require a custom travel quote prior to scheduling.

  • Customers will be informed of any travel fees before appointment confirmation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas

  • Secure pets

  • Remove fragile or valuable items near work zones

  • Provide accurate contact information

SerOx Clean Air is not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsafe conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

SerOx Clean Air is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing HVAC system defects

  • Issues unrelated to cleaning services

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to damage or disrupt website functionality

  • Misrepresent yourself when submitting forms

8. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
